Indian Green Cardamom

Cardamom, the queen of spices, perfumes Persian tea, rice, sweets and coffee with its warm, sweet aroma. Indian green cardamom from Kerala is considered the finest in the world: its pods are larger, greener and more fragrant than cardamom grown elsewhere, and they keep their aroma for longer.

Mojtahedi selects whole, unbleached Kerala pods and packs them in sealed bags of 50 g, 100 g and more, without additives. In traditional medicine cardamom is valued for digestion, fresh breath and the respiratory system.

How to use

Crush a pod into the teapot or coffee, add whole pods to rice and stews, grind the seeds for sholeh zard, halva and pastries, or drop one into a herbal infusion.
