Azin Saffron

Azin is Mojtahedi's crystal-jar line and one of its best-selling saffron ranges. Inside each jar is Negin saffron, the top grade of Qaenat saffron: long, thick, all-red threads with the highest colouring strength and a rich, lingering aroma.

The clear crystal jar does more than display the threads. Sealed tightly, it shields the saffron from air and humidity so the colour and fragrance stay intact long after purchase. Each Azin pack comes with a laboratory certificate.

Azin saffron is a favourite gift and Mashhad souvenir, and equally at home in the kitchen: grind a few threads with sugar, steep in hot water and add to rice, stews, desserts and tea.
