Ajil, the Persian nut mix, is served at every Iranian gathering, from Nowruz to the winter solstice night of Yalda. Iran is a leading producer of pistachios, almonds and walnuts, and Khorasan nuts are prized for their size and fresh flavour.

Mojtahedi offers raw and roasted pistachios, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and seeds, as well as ready mixed ajil combining nuts with raisins, roasted chickpeas and dried mulberries. The nuts are selected each season and packed in sealed bags to keep them fresh.
